Sunday 5th saw another early 0600-0615 start at Yandina, destination TBD.
With overcast sky after raining overnight only 2 Geese gathered, Rod GS and Bernie GSA but were then joined at the BP when fuelling up by Mike Ando GS and his mate Richard FJR.
A small discussion took place and it was decided to head south via Dulong & Palmwoods towards Maleny then across the Valley to Imbil way.
With fog and wet roads around the going was steady however once we climbed up Hunchy to Montville the sun came out and a photostop at a lookout south of Montville to check the view showed the amount of fog and cloud cover that was over the lower part of the coast, then a run into Maleny saw us stop at Maple 3 Café for a very enjoyable brekky, and spotted riding through was Mick Logan and wife as pillion (assume it was his wife !!)
After some discussion and solving the world problems we headed down Connondale across the Mary Valley and once we past through Kenilworth we split up for our own final destinations.
I continued up to Gympie and Cedar Pocket where going the opposite way was Ozzie,Max and Neville, (Geese everywhere & running amok !)for me after that it was a run home via Kin Kin, Boreen Point and Tewantin.
