Colin and I left the Geese to their road ride this Thursday and headed out of Yandina through Cooloolabin and onto the trails of Mapleton Forest Reserve. This was followed by alternate road and trail sections which took us through Imbil State Forest, Upper Kandanga State Forest, Jimna State Forest (with a quick lunch in Jimna) and around the edge of Bellthorpe National Park, ending at Pete's Bellbird cafe. A big ride for little Piglet and a sore bum for its rider, and a fair bit of patience required of Colin as the 250 doesn't quite have the pace of the GS!
