Around twelve riders left Yandina for a steady ride around the coast area. The weather appeared to be coming in from the west so staying close to the coast seemed a reasonable thing to do.
So we rode over to Imbil where Rod and Garry C headed off to do other things for the day while the rest went northwards to Gympie and then onto Cedar Pocket Road to Kin Kin for lunch.
From memory at lunch there was me, Mike, Rob, Neill, Helen, Jag, Fiona, Steve, Ozzie and Angus. I managed to steer talk away from frivolous topics all the while endeavouring to maintain a feeling of general group decorum. Someone has to be sensible and as usual it fell to me…!
